 Bennett JonesEducation College Ahuntsic, DEC, 2023 University of Montreal, Bachelor of Laws, 2025 École du Barreau, LLB, 2026 (Expected) Bar Admissions Overview Anne Laury has completed her LL.B at the University of Montreal, where she has focused her studies on business, corporate, banking and international commercial law while also exploring broader areas of civil law. This fall, she will begin a graduate microprogram in business law at Université de Montréal. She has been an active member of the student community through her work with the Black Law Students’ Association as VP of Communications and through her involvement with Pro Bono Students Canada. Her commitment to mentorship and youth leadership has shaped her approach to service and advocacy, and she continues to support initiatives that empower young people and foster personal and professional growth. Before joining Bennett Jones as a student in 2024 at the Montreal office, Anne Laury completed a DEC in Human Science with a focus on international studies at Collège Ahuntsic. She has gained practical experience through an internship at another law firm and through her work in community leadership roles, which strengthened her organizational, project management and client service skills. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, she enjoys singing, reading, traveling, exploring new places and staying connected with her community. |
