Overview

Heather has a general practice in commercial litigation and professional negligence, with a particular focus in complex commercial contractual and shareholder disputes.

Heather has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, Alberta Court of King’s Bench, and has assisted with matters before the Alberta Court of Appeal and various domestic arbitrations in Alberta and British Columbia. 

Prior to becoming an associate, Heather summered and articled with the firm.
