He has represented clients across diverse industries including mining and energy, real estate, fintech cryptocurrency, financial services and pharmaceuticals. Andrew's broad practice uniquely positions him to advice clients on complex and multi-faceted legal matters.

Andrew's commercial disputes practice regularly involves financial crimes such as fraud. He investigates financial misconduct, traces and pursues misappropriated assets, whether directly against the alleged fraudster or through third-party facilitators. Andrew also has expertise in the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and orders in Ontario and elsewhere in Canada.

Andrew is also adept at providing measured advice to mitigate or avoid litigation. He advises Boards of Directors and Special Committees on corporate governance and regulatory matters and has considerable experience conducting internal investigations and collaborating with regulators where necessary.

With extensive experience in motions, applications, trials and appeals, Andrew frequently appears before the Commercial List of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He has also appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and made submissions to the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.
