Kendall Pearce has a broad corporate commercial law practice, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and commercial transactions.

Kendall works with clients to provide practical and strategic legal solutions that align with their business objectives. Kendall's experience includes advising on complex transactions and navigating the legal challenges faced by businesses in dynamic industries.

Kendall earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2024. Prior to law school, Kendall completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Queen's University in 2021.

Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Kendall summered and articled with the firm. During her articling year, she was seconded to a large public company, where she gained valuable insight into the energy sector's legal and business operations.
