Hind Masri has a corporate practice in capital markets with a focus on public and private mergers and acquisitions, including asset and share purchase transactions, public plans of arrangement, takeovers, amalgamations, public and private equity and debt financings, corporate governance, and reporting issuer compliance. Hind has acted for both issuers and underwriters in connection with domestic, cross-border and international prospectus offerings and public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.
In law school, Hind won the Bryden Family Prize in Administrative law, the Allen M. Ruben, Q.C. Award for Humanitarian Leadership, the Christopher Hicks Scholarship in criminal law and graduated on the dean’s list. Prior to starting her articles at Bennett Jones, Hind clerked at the International Criminal Court as a clerk with the Appeals Division.
In addition to English, Hind speaks Arabic, and speaks, reads and writes French.
