She advises fund sponsors and investors, including institutional investors, pension fund managers, corporate and government pension funds, university foundations and non-profit organizations on domestic and cross-border transactions. She also works with emerging and mid-sized companies, particularly in the biotechnology and technology sectors. Eunize advises clients on investments in private equity and alternative funds, M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations and governance matters, as well as lending and financing arrangements. She works closely with clients to provide practical, business-focused advice across a range of complex corporate and commercial matters. Eunize is a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers British Columbia (FACL BC) and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). Before joining Bennett Jones as an associate, she articled at another national Canadian law firm in Vancouver.
