Lorraine Klemens is a senior law clerk with over three decades of experience supporting lawyers and clients in civil and commercial litigation, class actions, and securities matters. She assists litigation teams through all stages of proceedings, including drafting pleadings and motion materials, managing document production, costs analysis, and preparing for examinations for discovery, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals.

Lorraine has extensive courtroom experience, having supported counsel through more than 500 days of trial and appeal work. She also provides assistance in professional disciplinary matters before regulatory colleges and tribunals, and is highly skilled in enforcing judgments and orders.

Bringing extensive knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and the Case Centre, Lorraine ensures seamless and efficient case management. She is proficient in Relativity and other litigation support platforms, enabling organized document review and discovery processes.
