Flutra has experience in various matters and transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, securities offerings and general corporate and commercial matters. Flutra is a member of the Young Professionals Committee of the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. While in law school, Flutra received several awards, including the Merv Leitch Q.C. Scholarship in Natural Resources Law and recognition as a Dean's List recipient. Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Flutra summered and articled with the firm.
