Kyle Jennex has a broad corporate commercial and securities practice, with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate reorganizations.

Kyle has experience assisting clients with a variety of transactional work, including public and private offerings, debt and equity financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions (both public and private). Kyle's experience in corporate finance includes advising issuers and investment dealers on public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, both domestically and cross-border. Kyle represents a variety of emerging companies and large publicly traded issuers.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Kyle summered and articled with the firm. Kyle is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association and is also a registered notary public.

Canaccord Genuity Corp., as sole agent and sole bookrunner, in the brokered private placement of units of Medivolve Inc. for aggregate gross proceeds of $5 million.
Field Trip Health Ltd., in its bought deal short form prospectus offering for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $20 million.
Field Trip Health Ltd., in its reverse takeover transaction and public listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
TerrAscend Corp., in its non-brokered private placement of units for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $45 million.
TerrAscend Corp., in its non-brokered private placement of common shares for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $69 million.
