Overview

Edward Hulshof maintains a varied commercial litigation practice. He provides pragmatic counsel as well as strong advocacy for his clients, whose matters often require urgent, strategic action.

His mandates include complex fraud, asset seizure and recovery, injunctions, foreign court order enforcement, commercial disputes requiring urgent injunctive relief, shareholder disputes, as well as class action defence, data breaches and privacy, and product liability.

Edward has experience advising clients on complex construction disputes involving delay and deficiency claims and builders' liens.  He has experience with P3 infrastructure and other complex, multi-party construction disputes in arbitration and mediation.

He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia.
