Tim Heneghan has a general commercial litigation practice. He has experience working in class actions, real estate and securities litigation. Tim has worked on several matters before the Ontario Securities Commission and Ontario Court of Appeal. He regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Tim obtained his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where he was selected class valedictorian and awarded the Leonard A. Kitz Prize in Advocacy as runner-up in the Smith Shield Moot.
Tim volunteers his time at Pro Bono Ontario's Law Help Centre and has participated in full representation of pro-bono clients. Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Tim articled with the firm.
