He assists clients with the collection of records, and our lawyers with organization of records, e-discovery, and the use of technology at questionings, trials, arbitrations and hearings. He and his team support legal review teams with a streamlined and cost-effective approach to large scale litigation, often involving enormous amounts of data, through the use of statistical analytics and technology assisted review. In addition to pre-trial work, Rob has attended over 350 days of trial helping firm clients, lawyers and courts with the presentation of evidence. |
