Nina provides strategic counsel to businesses and government entities on a broad spectrum of international trade and regulatory matters, including trade remedies, customs compliance, free trade agreements, export controls, and economic sanctions. Her practice includes representing clients in proceedings before the Canada Border Services Agency, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, and the Federal Court in trade-related cases. Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Nina summered, articled, and was an associate at a boutique firm specializing in international trade law. |
