Charlotte has a general litigation practice with a focus on complex litigation, including fraud, class actions, and insolvency. She also practices regularly in environmental and other regulatory matters. Charlotte has assisted with matters before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court, and the Ontario Superior Court, as well as with several matters before courts in Quebec and the US.
Charlotte was a faculty research assistant in Constitutional Law at McGill and was also an executive editor to the McGill International Journal of Sustainable Development Law & Policy. She has completed legal research on a wide variety of issues, including cybersecurity, health policy, and energy innovation on behalf of organizations such as Amnesty International and the Canadian Civil Liberties Association.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Charlotte summered and articled with the firm. While articling, Charlotte was seconded to the Technology & Operations group at the Bank of Montreal.
