Dylan Gallant has a litigation practice with a focus on bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, real estate litigation, and fraud and money laundering matters. He also provides general commercial litigation advice to clients across a range of industries, including real estate developers and mortgage lenders.

Dylan is committed to delivering practical and results-oriented legal solutions tailored to his clients' unique needs. With a strong analytical background, he helps clients navigate complex disputes with clarity and confidence. Within Bennett Jones, he is aligned with the firm’s national litigation and disputes platform, collaborating across offices on cross-jurisdictional matters and contributing to firm thought leadership on rapidly evolving legal issues (such as AML/AML-CFT regimes).

Dylan has published and contributed commentary on AML, regulatory developments, and litigation strategy, including co-authoring on the “Strong Borders Act” in a firm insight. Dylan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2023. During law school, he gained valuable experience as a summer law student at a boutique law firm and Bennett Jones. Prior to law school, Dylan completed a Master of Arts in Economics at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at St. Francis Xavier University.

Before joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Dylan summered and articled with the firm.
