Overview Jordan’s practice focuses on public and private M&A and debt financings by way of private placements and public offerings, as well as various corporate governance and securities compliance matters. He works on both domestic and cross-border transactions and is regularly involved in drafting key agreements and guiding clients through every stage of a transaction—from due diligence to closing. Jordan also assists clients with reorganizations and strategic start-up venture structuring, delivering practical advice tailored to each client. Known for his collaborative mindset and ability to manage complex deal logistics, Jordan brings clarity and precision to each step of the transaction process. Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Jordan summered and articled with the firm. During his articles, Jordan completed a secondment to the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission, where he gained valuable insight into the decision-making practices of Ontario’s securities regulatory staff. He is also a registered notary public in Ontario.
