Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Ana summered and articled with the firm. She advises clients on a range of commercial disputes, including construction litigation and arbitration, occupational health and safety matters, and health law issues. Throughout her legal studies at the University of Alberta, Ana was awarded top oralist at the 2024 Bennett Jones Health Law Moot and received multiple academic scholarships for maintaining first-class standing. She was actively involved in student life through her roles as a writing fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program, the head of the Alberta Law Review Editing Committee, and as a volunteer with Student Legal Services. She also spent several years working in addictions counselling and case management, which helped develop her skills in communication, advocacy and crisis response. |
