Allard School of Law, JD, 2026 Bar Admissions Overview Dustin Bodnar earned his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia, where he was actively engaged in advocacy, legal research and community service initiatives. He distinguished himself as one of the leading advocates in a constitutional law moot during the Canadian Student Law Games and published three articles in LawNow magazine. Dustin also contributed to the law school community as an Assistant Editor for the UBC Law Review and as a Student Clinician with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program. During his legal studies, he developed strong interests in litigation and management-side employment law, supported by coursework in labour and employment law and evidence. Prior to law school, Dustin earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary in 2019 and spent four years working in the energy industry as a Credit Analyst and Treasury Analyst. During his studies, he has also remained involved in community initiatives through volunteer work with the Salvation Army. |
