Aidyn Bhatia

Aidyn advises clients on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance. He works with both established companies and emerging ventures to raise capital, navigate regulatory frameworks and complete strategic transactions. He also supports clients in the energy sector, assisting with regulatory matters related to wind, hydro, energy generation, battery storage and electricity transmission projects.

Aidyn completed the joint J.D./HBA program at Western Law and the Ivey School of Business. He also gained practical experience through roles with the Bank of Montreal’s strategy advisory group, where he focused on advancing strategic initiatives in retail banking.

He later joined Bennett Jones as a summer and articling student, and completed a secondment to Hyundai Auto Canada Corp., where he gained exposure to complex corporate transactions and client-focused work across multiple industries.
