Jon has extensive motion, application, trial and appeal experience before all courts in Ontario, as well as a number of administrative and regulatory boards and tribunals, in matters pertaining to securities regulatory and enforcement matters, internal investigations, shareholder and partnership disputes, directors' and officers' liability, professional negligence, product liability, domestic and international arbitration, oppression proceedings and class proceedings, among others.
Jon has extensive experience in managing the unique e-discovery and record management challenges of complicated litigation. He has presented to peers at professional conferences as well as to a number of industry and professional organizations on how corporate litigants can best address the new challenges of the e-discovery age.
