Overview Sean has a broad commercial real estate practice, advising clients on a range of transactional and development matters. He assists with the acquisition and disposition of real property, leasing and financing arrangements, and the negotiation of construction and development agreements. Before joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Sean was in-house legal counsel at a leading Vancouver-based investment firm with a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, agriculture, food and hospitality, and sports and entertainment. In this role, he provided strategic legal support across all stages of complex transactions, gaining valuable insight into business operations and risk management from an owner-operator perspective.
