He assists on a range of transactions, including acting for targets and acquirors in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, investments and divestitures. Steve provides ongoing advice to public companies on their disclosure, corporate governance and securities law obligations. Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Steve summered and articled with the firm. While articling, Steve was seconded to The Coca-Cola Company.
