Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Elizabeth was a practice advisor at the Law Society of Alberta, where she guided Alberta lawyers on a daily basis on a wide variety of practice matters (i.e., ethical concerns, dealings with trust funds). Beth served as the Equity Ombudsperson at the LSA from 2017 to 2021. Preceding the Law Society, she was an associate at a litigation boutique. Her practice focused on privacy, administrative law, employment, professional regulation, and estate litigation. She has appeared at all court levels in Alberta, various tribunals, and before the Supreme Court of Canada. |
