Emma Arnold-Fyfe

Emma is responsible for supporting the operation and administration of the firm’s associate and student programs, including recruitment and professional development initiatives.

In her role as Manager, Student and Associate Talent, Emma manages key aspects of the student and associate experience, including law school and lateral recruitment, in-firm orientation, mentorship programs and performance management.

Emma brings a strong understanding of legal practice and professional development, informed by her experience at another national law firm and as a litigation associate at Bennett Jones prior to transitioning to this role. Her background enables her to provide practical and informed support to students and associates as they build their careers at the firm.

Known for her collaborative and empathetic approach, Emma is committed to partnering with the professional development and leadership teams to ensure Bennett Jones' talent strategy supports the growth of individual lawyers while advancing the firm's commitment to excellence and leadership in the legal market.
