Overview

Audrix Arce has a general corporate commercial and energy law practice with a focus on capital projects, infrastructure, and public and private mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to his legal studies, Audrix worked for a large Saudi-based oil and gas company in Saudi Arabia. Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Audrix summered and articled with the firm.

Experience
•  Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP), as Canadian counsel, in MSIP's acquisition of a 47.5% interest in the Greenlight Electricity Centre, a C$4.6-billion,932 MW combined-cycle power generation project in Alberta set to power a landmark C$13 billion data centre development being advanced by Meta Platforms.  The Centre is co-owned by MSIP with Pembina Pipeline Corporation (47.5%) and Kineticor Asset Management (5%).
