Kimberley Antonio is a real estate paralegal with a focus on commercial real estate. She has over 30 years of legal experience working in various areas of law including: residential & commercial real estate, corporate, litigation, wills & estates, dependent adult (guardianship & trusteeship) and family law.
Some highlights include having run the residential real estate department for a large law firm, managing a small law office, working for a private lending corporation, assistant to the Deputy Superintendent of the Lakeland Separate School Board, and assistant to the Judge Advocate General Office with the Canadian Military at CFB Cold Lake.
Her current scope of work includes taking on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, drafting all required documentation, managing commercial transactions and various real estate projects from inception to closing. She works closely with lawyers, staff, clients, financing corporations and external parties to facilitate their conveyancing needs.
