Peter's corporate and commercial practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financial services and a variety of commercial contracts and transactions. He serves local and international clients that operate in numerous industries, including the energy, mining, construction, environmental and technology sectors.
Peter routinely advises buyers, sellers and private equity groups in connection with a wide range of transactions, including joint ventures, asset and share purchases and sales, corporate reorganizations, and large cross-border transactions. Peter's work on these transactions ranges from strategic planning advice to legal and business risk analysis, and the negotiation and drafting of definitive agreements.
