![]() Education University of Guelph, Bachelor of Arts, 2022 Queen's University, JD, 2026 Bar Admissions Overview Louna Aboud earned her Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University after completing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Guelph, where she majored in English Literature and minored in Philosophy. During law school, Louna demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence and legal scholarship. She served as a Senior Editor for the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal, tutored first-year law students and was awarded the Law 1966 Scholarship in Contract Law in recognition of her academic achievement. Her studies fostered a particular interest in securities, competition, advocacy and corporate law. She also served as Co-President of the Queen’s Competition & Antitrust Law Club. In addition to her academic pursuits, Louna was actively involved in leadership and community focused initiatives at Queen's, served as Project Lead for a Pro Bono Students Canada podcast initiative and worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Undergraduate Certificate in Law program. Prior to law school, Louna gained professional experience in client service and public engagement through roles in the hospitality sector and as a Survey Administrator during the 2022 provincial election. Her diverse experiences have contributed to a well-rounded perspective and a strong foundation for her legal career. |
