Grace McKeown advises clients on a wide range of civil litigation matters, including complex commercial, corporate, fraud and class action disputes. She also has experience in civil fraud litigation, including Norwich orders and enforcement of civil judgments, as well as international commercial arbitration.
Grace has experience before multiple courts in Ontario on various motions, applications, and appeals. She also volunteers her time at Pro Bono Law Ontario, and has successfully defended a small claims court matter on a pro bono basis.
Grace is a member of the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association (civil litigation section) and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
After summering and articling with the firm, Grace joined as an associate.
