Bradley Eidsness acts for clients on a broad range of commercial transactions, with a focus on project and infrastructure development, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.
Bradley regularly assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of:
- design/build contracts;
- engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts;
- procurement and supply chain contracts; and
- purchase and sale agreements.
Bradley also has extensive experience advising on the formation, organization and restructuring of corporations and partnerships, and conducting corporate and title due diligence.
Bradley is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Calgary Bar Association. Prior to becoming an associate, Bradley played NCAA hockey at the University of North Dakota and was named UND’s Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year and the Western Collegiate Hockey Association’s Most Outstanding Student-Athlete in 2012. He was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
