Bradley Eidsness has a general corporate commercial law practice, with a focus on commercial transactions within the energy sector. Bradley regularly assists clients on oil and gas projects and transactions, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and construction projects.
Clients benefit from Bradley's experience:
- drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including purchase and sale agreements and EPC contracts;
- conducting corporate due diligence and title review; and
- advising on the formation, organization and restructuring of corporations and partnerships.
Bradley is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Calgary Bar Association. He is a frequent contributor to the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation Quarterly Newsletter.
Prior to becoming an associate, Bradley played NCAA Division 1 hockey for the University of North Dakota and was named UND’s Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year and the Western Collegiate Hockey Association’s Most Outstanding Student-Athlete of the Year in 2012. Bradley was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
