Harrison Clark is a corporate-commercial associate with a practice that concentrates on private and public mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions and all aspects of commercial real estate and development, including large infrastructure projects.
Harrison has extensive experience representing banks and other financial institutions in a variety of debt finance transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, bridge loans, acquisition financings, project financings, refinancing and recapitalization facilities, intercreditor arrangements and secured creditor issues. Harrison advises on a wide variety of complex matters for real estate clients, including purchase and sale transactions of office, industrial and retail properties, mortgage financing, leasing, and development and planning matters.
Having worked in provincial government and political campaigns, Harrison maintains an active government affairs and public policy practice assisting companies navigate complex bureaucracies and politicians navigate political laws.
