We are currently recruiting for the following role in our Montreal office: Associate (1 to 3 years), Employment & Labor LawThe role:We are seeking a junior employment lawyer to join our Employment & Labour Law team. This role focuses on transactional employment law, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and cross-border matters. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Business Law team on high-stakes, large-scale transactions involving a diverse and sophisticated clientele. The role also requires you to support clients for advisory and general employment law matters, including compliance, workplace standards, and policy development and to represent clients' interests before various courts and tribunals.
